Shipping & Return Policies

RETURN POLICY 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of eligible items within 10 days of delivery. All shoes, jewelry, accessories, sale items and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return. 

Returned merchandise must be in same condition as when the item was received: unworn, unwashed, with the vendor tags attached. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Upon receipt of return items, please allow up to one week for returns to be processed.  

Please enclose your receipt with the reason for you returned items or exchanges with a prepaid, insured and trackable mailing label addressed to:

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, please expect shipping delays.

Most orders ship from our 2917 Magazine Street location. Please allow up to 2 days of processing time for all orders to be shipped. Items ordered after 4PM will be processed on the following business day. If you need items expedited, please call us to confirm that your request can be fulfilled. Overnight and second day orders must be placed before 3PM in order to make the express shipping pickup. We are happy to delay shipment of any order, please call or email us to setup a delayed shipping date.

International packages are often subject to import, taxes, brokerage, or customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses the package, a restocking/shipping fee will apply.
